³⁹ the priest shall examine that person. If the spots on the skin of the body are dull white, it is only a skin rash. The person is clean.

⁴⁰ “When a man has lost the hair on his head and he is bald, he is clean. ⁴¹ If he has lost the hair from the front of his head, and he has a bald forehead, he is clean.
